Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a combination of karate kicks and boxing strikes. A typical session lasts an hour, and you will learn how to kick and punch a target, how to spar and improve your fitness and flexibility. Sparring is optional and pad and bag work is available instead.

These sessions are also open to males and females aged 12 years and upwards, and you can begin and train at any ability. So whether you're a beginner or seasoned pro, you will get maximum benefit from these lessons.

Tournaments are held throughout the year, and there is a chance to compete at some of these or to come along and support those from our club that wish to compete.
